SOLUTION: This protein-containing acid food is such as to contain coloring matter and protein or decomposition product(s) thereof, and also contain at least one kind selected from the group consisting of pectin, soybean dietary fibers, high-molecular polysaccharides and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium. |
