<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Kikou device (a Chinese exercise art for physical and mental health) device allowing a beginner to concentrate the spirit, intentionally adjust breath, and make the exercise environment optimum even in a room. SOLUTION: The rhythm of breath is controlled by a picture (image and/or color) or by the picture and a sound (music or the like), and even the beginner can improve the result of an exercise by taking the exercise while relaxing both the mind and body and aspirating high-concentration oxygen.</p> |
