PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adhesive tape from being stuck to a surface to be cleaned even at the time of being rolled in the direction opposite to the wound direction of the adhesive tape. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape roll 1 is composed by winding the adhesive tape 2 for which one of the surfaces of the belt-like sheet base material 21 of a prescribed width is turned to an adhesive surface 22 so as to turn the side of the adhesive surface 22 to the outside and cut lines 3 crossed with the circumferential direction are formed on the adhesive tape 2 with a prescribed interval. By peeling off the adhesive tape of the outermost layer along the cut line, the adhesive tape of the next layer is successively exposed. The interval of the cut lines 3 adjacent to each other is 360 deg. or less in a circumference and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape of the next layer is included in a part of the adhesive surface exposed to the outermost surface.
