An intellectual property right, a sale object, is exhibited on terminals connected to the Internet, and bid and successful bid judgment are conducted through the Internet to promote the sale of the intellectual property right which has been not used and buried. Information on and conditions of the intellectual property right that the owner wants to sell are posted on the Web page through the Internet to present them to companies that want to buy. The companies are permitted to input their bid prices. The company who has inputted the highest bid price in a predetermined period wins the bid.
