PURPOSE: A center rest is provided to provide vibration isolating effect which is three-dimensionally even. CONSTITUTION: A center rest comprises the first housing(10), the second housing(20) and a vibration isolating spring assembly(30). The first housing is installed to an object to be protected. The second housing(20) is installed to a supporting part supporting the object to face the first housing. The vibration isolating spring assembly comprises three ring-shaped vibration isolating springs(31x, 31y, 31z) placed to the directions of X, Y and Z axes respectively and engaged with each other and is interposed between the first housing and the second housing.
