PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a noise when being spoken through a handsfree of a cellular phone is provided to prevent a noise generation by basically blocking that a noise of the cellular phone is inputted to a handsfree kit when the cellular phone is operated as a handsfree mode. CONSTITUTION: An operation power supply unit(202) supplies an operation power of a connected cellular phone. A charge power supply unit(201) charges a battery of the cellular phone. A control unit(203) senses a conversation state of the cellular phone and stops an operation of the charge power supply unit(201) and the operation power supply unit(202) so that the charge power and the operation power are not supplied to the cellular phone. A power supply unit provides a path for supplying a battery power of the cellular phone is supplied to the cellular phone through an output terminal of the charge power supply unit(201).
