<p>PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption and size and provide an electronic device with its power consumption and size reduced. CONSTITUTION: A specified output supply voltage is outputted from an input supply voltage to an internal circuit provided with a first operation mode in which a first operating current is consumed, and a second operation mode in which a second operating current smaller than the first operating current is consumed. A first power supply regulator capable of supplying a current corresponding to the first operating current of the internal circuit, and a second power supply regulator capable of supplying a current corresponding to the second operating current, are combined with each other. The first power supply regulator is operated by a power supply control unit in response to a first control signal instructing the first operation mode in the internal circuit, and the second power supply regulator is operated by the power supply control unit in response to a second control signal instructing the second operation mode. Further, the internal circuit and the power supply control unit are installed on one semiconductor integrated circuit device.</p> |
