摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrode rod for a high voltage ceramic condenser is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by decreasing a number of components, reduce a number of processes and improve workability. CONSTITUTION: A bar-shaped electrode rod material is prepared(S1). A plate-shaped terminal pin part(41) is formed by a pressing process which presses an end part portion of an electrode rod(S2). The terminal pin part(41) is trimmed to form a wanted outer shape of the terminal pin part(41)(S3). A piercing hole is formed to pierce a plan surface of the terminal pin part(41)(S4). A heading process is performed on a lower end portion of the terminal pin part(41) to form a flange part(47) which extends in a radius direction of the electrode rod material(S5). The terminal pin part(41) is integrally formed with a piercing post part. The electrode rod in which the terminal pin part(41) and the piercing post part are integrally formed is manufactured, whereby a number of components is reduced, manufacturing costs are decreased and workability is enhanced.
