PURPOSE: A multilayer plastic pipe having favorable layer adhesion is provided to manufacture a polyolefin pipe having a polyester cutoff layer presenting strong adhesion of layers. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer plastic pipe comprises at least one first layer containing a polyolefin formed material, at least one second layer containing a polyester formed material, and a third layer arranged between the first and second layers including an adhesive medium having a reaction group. It features in that the polyester formed material of the second layer contains one or more compounds selected from a compound having two or more of carbodiimide groups, a compound having two or more of carboxylic acid anhydride groups, a compound having two or more of maleinimide groups, and a compound having two or more of oxazine groups.
