PURPOSE: A hula hoop is provided to improve acupuncture effects and massage effects on a body by applying local stimuli, taking an advantage of beads attached around the hoop, and to make it much easier to put the beads together. CONSTITUTION: A hula hoop is manufactured by forming a circular main body (1), having connectors and connection balls in both ends; forming a plurality of holes (2) inner side of the main body; installing beads (3) made of a precious stone, magnet, and bio-ceramic materials into the holes (2), allowing the beans to have a cloud motion; and forming an installation portion (4) inside of the main body in order to install the beads (3) in the installation portion to be able to have the cloud motion, which consequently promotes rotation of the hula hoop more actively.
