STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING ROPE FIXING EQUIPMENT OF ELEVATOR

PURPOSE: Mounting structure for the rope fixing equipment of an elevator is provided to prevent the rope fixing equipment from hitting on a guide shoe during the drive of an elevator cage and to install the rope fixing equipment in the rear side of a guide rail regardless of the progressing direction of the guide shoe. CONSTITUTION: A rope fixing equipment(100) contains a rope connecting plate(102) combined to the upper end of a fixing plate(104) to fix the end of a wire rope(108) to a guide rail(200). A connecting member(106) having a buffer member(103) is inserted into the inserting hole of the rope connecting plate to connect the wire rope. An extending portion(110) is combined with the rope fixing equipment and a horizontal member(120) is horizontally combined with the extending portion. The horizontal member has a combining hole corresponding to a combining hole(140) of the guide rail. To mount the rope fixing equipment on the guide rail, the horizontal member is stuck to the guide rail without contacting with a guide shoe(210) and the rope fixing equipment is combined with the guide rail through the combining holes with a bolt(130a) and a nut(130b). Instead, the rope fixing equipment is combined with the guide rail by a welding process.
