PURPOSE: A bias device for stabilizing bias voltage/current is provided to output the regular bias voltage/current even if the change of the temperature and the power voltage without generating a bipolar transistor partially for outputting the stable bias voltage/current. CONSTITUTION: The bias device for stabilizing bias voltage/current includes a power voltage generating portion(301), a reference voltage generating portion(302), a power voltage change detecting portion(303), an amplifying portion(304), a voltage/current converting portion(305) and a bias output portion(306). The voltage generating portion(301) generates the power voltage. The reference voltage generating portion(302) generates the reference voltage. The power voltage change detecting portion(303) senses the change of the power voltage by using the power voltage and the reference voltage. The amplifying portion(304) amplifies the output of the detecting portion(303). The voltage/current converting portion(305) generates the voltage/current as the change of the amplified power voltage. The bias output portion(306) generates the bias voltage.
