CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for keeping and preventing deterioration of book and document using electronic wave, electronic field and magnetic field comprises signal sauce to generate high-frequency pulse, sine wave, noise; amplification part to make sufficient output by amplifying high-frequency pulse, sine wave, noise; application device of electric wave to contain plastic or metal case to shelter and resonate electronic wave.
