PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for keeping and transporting leisure equipments are provided to execute the keeping and transport of leisure equipments by proxy so that the owners can get out of inconvenience. CONSTITUTION: If an owner entrusts a manager computer system with his leisure equipment and joins as a new member(S1), the manager computer system grants identification information to the entrusted leisure equipment, generates leisure equipment keeping information and stores it in its memory device(S2). If the owner requests the transport of the leisure equipment(S3), an information girl reads leisure equipment keeping information from the memory device and requests the owner to confirm the damaged status of the leisure equipment(S4). After confirming the damaged status of the leisure equipment, the owner inputs a final transport command to generate leisure equipment transport information(S5). This leisure equipment transport information is transmitted to a transport manager so that the leisure equipment can be delivered to an appointed keeping processing center at an appointed time(S6). If the leisure equipment is safely transferred to an appointed receiver(S7), the terminal of the appointed keeping processing center informs the manager computer system that the leisure equipment has been transferred to the appointed receiver safely(S8).
