PURPOSE: A method for constructing communication line is provided to increase construction efficiency by performing piping work in a rapid and easy manner, while preventing trouble of communication line by reliably blocking earth and ground water. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of forming an underground excavated section by digging the ground in such a manner that manholes(10) which are arranged in the ground are exposed; the second step of piping a single unit hollow pipe(30) in such a manner as to connect manholes to each other, wherein the single unit hollow pipe has a length corresponding to the length of the underground excavated section; the third step of filling the underground excavated section with earth, and allowing the buried hollow pipe to have an end accommodating a plurality of guide pipes(40) inserted into the hollow pipe through the exposed manholes; and the fourth step of arranging a communication line into each of guide pipes.
