PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an encoded file on a computer network for using of only an assigned client is provided to transmit information only to a person, who has the right in transmitting and receiving the digital information on the computer network. CONSTITUTION: In the method for transmitting the encoded file on the computer network for using of only an assigned client, many stages are included. In the stage of S21, the connection to a web server is carried out. If a person is a member in the stage of S22, the client information(an ID and a secret number) is input and log-in is carried out in the stage of S25. If a person isn't a member in the stage of S22, member joining is carried out in the stage of S23 and it is stored in a member DB in the stage of S24. In the stage of S26, the web server collects and stores the client computer system information. In the stage of S27, the client searches the data and asks transmission of the specific file. In the stage of S28, the web server generates the encoded file. In the stage of S29, the encoded file is transmitted.
