PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming relief and intaglio of ices is provided to make various shapes of ices, and to improve the productivity of ices. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first filling part(3), a sucking part(4) and a second filling part(5) to fill stuffing in a mold from a coolant circulating tank(1); a stick supplying part(7); a hot-water sprayer(10) to take out the frozen ices from the mold; a hot-water producing tank(10); a re-rinsing device(6), a rinsing device(8) and a washing device(9) to wash the mold circulated after taking away ices; and a descending discharge device(11) to release ices transported on a conveyer(2). The mold includes a couple of cylinders and a shaping part.
