PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly measure the presence and intensity of immunoreaction. SOLUTION: The detection of the presence or the intensity of the immunoreaction conserned in an immunocell such as a mast cell, a basophil, an eosinophil, a neutrophil, a T cell, a B cell, a monocyte or a macrophage is measured by intensity of active oxygen species generated when the immunocell is activated.
