SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF HEADER ARRANGED IN FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the support structure of a header arranged inside a furnace allowing the deterioration of a support metallic material due to high-temperature gas to be suppressed while facilitating the adjustment of levels and installations and furthermore easing the restriction in the arrangement levels of the header. SOLUTION: A support metallic material 30' is welded and installed to the surface of a furnace wall pipe 26 at the desired locations inside furnace walls 24 and 25, and a liner 34 for adjusting levels is placed on the support metallic material 30'. A brace 35 that has been installed to the underside of both ends lengthwise of a header 31 in advance is mounted on the liner 34 to slide freely, and the header 31 is arranged in such a manner that a desired clearance C1 is formed between the inner surface of the furnace walls 24 and 25 and the lengthwise end face of the header 31. A stopper 36 for preventing the header 31 from floating is installed to the surface of the furnace wall pipe 26 at the desired locations inside the furnace walls 24 and 25 in the vicinity of the upper end part of the header 31 in such a manner that the desired clearance C2 is formed between the stopper 36 and the upper end part of the header 31.
