PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device having an intrinsic filter. SOLUTION: Concerning the sampling device which has intrinsic filter characteristics for sampling an input signal, this sampling device samples continuous analog input signals according to a sampling signal and is provided with a first sampling switch for generating a first sample set by sampling the input signal corresponding to the sampling signal. Besides, the sampling device is provided with a time delay device for delaying the time of the first sample set. Further, the sampling device is provided with a phase shift device for shifting the phase of the input signal as well. Then, the phase-delayed input signal is supplied to a second sampling device and sampled corresponding to the sampling signal and a second sample set is generated. Further, an adder is integrated for generating an output sample by adding the first sample set and the second sample set.
