DATA PROCESSING DEVICE INTEGRATED WITH CAMERA FOR VTR, PRINTER AND OPERATING METHOD OF PRINTER

PURPOSE: A printer having a data processor integrated with a camera for a VTR(Video Tape Recorder) is provided to facilitate the operation of print operation buttons by enabling the successive operations of selecting a still picture to be printed from a moving picture and printing the selected still picture with one switch. CONSTITUTION: A printer is equipped with an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(6). The printer prints one still picture selected from a moving picture displayed on the LCD panel on a printing form. The printer has an image memory for storing the still picture displayed on the LCD panel and a printer operation button(11) for placing the printer in operation. The printer operation button is a push-button type switch having two modes in which the button is half-pressed and pressed deeply respectively. When the printer operation button is half-pressed, an image displayed on the LCD panel is selected as an image to be printed and then stored in the image memory. When the printer operation button is pressed deeply, the printer is driven to start printing the image.
