PURPOSE: Package with pressure discharge hole and its manufacturing method are provided, which prevent food from drying while cooking. CONSTITUTION: A bag(1) consists of a square or a rectangular multiply plastics film forming a front panel and a back panel. Side edges and bottom edges of each panel are sealed to each other. The bag is further provided, at its sealed bottom, with a discharge passage(2) to allow the discharge of some fluid from the containment region of the bag during heating. The discharge passage is provided between the front and back panels where a region(5) of part of the innermost ply(4) of the multiply plastics film forming at least one of the front and back panels has less heat sealability or non-heat sealability as compared with the material of the remaining region which forms the innermost ply at the sealed bottom.
