PURPOSE: A ceiling structure with an improved assembling performance is provided to enhance the assembling performance and to reduce the number of components by combining a supporting frame and a C shaped fixing bar through a groove and a sill without using an additional combining member. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling structure contains ceiling plates(40) combined with long bolts(11) protruded from a ceiling wall. The ceiling structure contains; many vibration resistant hangers(10) arranged on a ceiling at regular intervals with a hanger body(12) and vibration resistant rubbers; supporting frames(20) fixed to the lower portions of the vibration resistant hangers with inserting grooves(21); and C shaped fixing bars(30) inserted into the inserting grooves of the supporting frame with the ceiling plates.
