PURPOSE: A hot water boiler is provided, in which water temperature rises in a rapid manner, to thereby reduce cost and energy consumption, while simplifying the structure of boiler. CONSTITUTION: A hot water boiler comprises an inner water flow channel(22) formed by a first pipe(10) and a second pipe(12) which are assembled with a predetermined spacing; a heat flow channel(20) formed by the second pipe and a third pipe(14) which are assembled with a predetermined spacing; an outer water flow channel(24) formed by the third pipe and a fourth pipe(16) which are assembled with a predetermined spacing; a connecting pipe(18) for connecting the inner water flow channel and the outer water flow channel; a combustion chamber(40) arranged beneath the fourth pipe and communicated to the heat flow channel; and a water flow channel(45) arranged outside the combustion chamber so as to be communicated to the outer water flow channel, and which has a water injection port formed at the bottom of the water flow channel. The outer water flow channel has a drain pipe(34) attached to the top of the outer water flow channel, and the third pipe has a flue(32) attached to the top of the third pipe and communicated to the heat flow channel.
