WATER LEVEL SENSOR AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING AMOUNT OF WATER

PURPOSE: A water level sensor and a water amount control system are provided to detect level of water precisely, and to control water supply by checking the water level. CONSTITUTION: A water level sensor is composed of a housing(4) having a though hole, two caps opened and a cylindrical space; an assembling pipe passing the through hole and combining the housing by bending the both ends in a closed face of the cap; a reed switch(7) fixed in the upper part of the assembling pipe and electrically connected to an outer circuit; and a floater(8) moving up and down according to water level and having a permanent magnet. The water level is detected with contacting or shutting off a contact terminal of the reed switch by magnetic force according to position of the permanent magnet. The pumping or storage amount is controlled according to the water level in pumping or storing water with the water level sensor.
