PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct registration deviation in the subscanning direction, to improve the detecting accuracy of the phase of plural photoreceptors and to improve correcting accuracy by highly precisely controlling a driving motor for driving plural photoreceptors and adjusting the phases of plural photoreceptors. SOLUTION: The rotational phases of plural photoreceptors are detected, a difference between the rotational phase of a specified photoreceptor being reference and the rotational phases of plural other photoreceptors is calculated plural times, and the rotational phase of each photoreceptor is corrected, based on the difference of the rotational phase set for every photoreceptor. |
