PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a dental electronic chart with the same sense as an ordinary paper chart by inputting and displaying the numbers of baby teeth D and E in the usual M. SOLUTION: This device calls a comment input screen out of a diagnosis content input screen used for inputting the remedy and treatment to the part that is selected from a part input screen and then can input a desired comment. When M is inputted from the comment input screen as a dental formula (S03, YES), this input is treated as the input of a molar showing collectively the numbers of baby teeth D and E (S07) via an input reception means.
