PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office work processor which can retrieve which medical treatment for which patient is not paid for since a medical treatment is inevitably not paid for although medical treatment data are inputted when the input and accounting processes of medical treatment data are separated. SOLUTION: The office work, equipped with a means which inputs medical treatment actions and registers medical treatment data by patients when the patients visit a hospital and have medical treatments and a means which computes medical treatment charges according to the mentioned medical treatment data and registers account data by the patients, is provided with a database in which the mentioned medical treatment data and decision flags indicating the registration states of the account data are recorded and a retrieval means which retrieves data in unpaid states from the data base by referring to the decision flags. |
