PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a retriever to reasonably retrieve regionally limited information and a provider of information to reasonably advertise in internet retrieval, and to reasonably calculate the advertisement cost for regionally limited internet advertisements. SOLUTION: The provider of the information limits the first principle region to be the object of the advertisement by utilizing a special code for specifying a geographical range. Also, the acquisitor of the information limits the population of the first principle information to be retrieved by utilizing the special code for specifying the geographical range. An information processing system attempls to perform a rational matching of the transmitter with the receiver of the information by providing only the information related to the special code. |
