PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a nonconformity caused in the case that a request is generated after a return button is operated in the browser of a client. SOLUTION: A reception means 1a receives the requests from the clients 3-1 to 3-3 and a processing means 1b executes a processing corresponding to the received request. An addition means 1c adds confirmation information for confirming the display condition of a client side to a processing result and a storage means 1d stores the confirmation information added by the addition means 1c. A transmission means 1e transmits the processing result to which the confirmation information is added to the client which generates the request and an extraction means 1f extracts the confirmation information included in the request in the case that the request is generated again from the client. A judgment means 1g judges whether or not the confirmation information extracted by the extraction means 1f coincides with the confirmation information stored in the storage means 1d. A holding means 1h holds the execution of the processing by the processing means 1b corresponding to the request in the case that it is judged by the judgment means 1g that both do not coincide with each other.
