PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-tight structure for trough that can be installed easily, keeps long-term water-tight property and assures dismantling and recycle use. SOLUTION: This water tight structure for cable laying groove comprises a putty layer including cables laid at the bottom of a cable-laying groove and a putty filling the bottom of the cable-laying groove to completely cover the entire part of cable, a sealing layer including at least one block elastic material formed on the putty layer and a cover provided on the sealing layer.
