PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant building structure, in which horizontal rigidity is adjusted easily, while arranging a rigid frame to the lower floor of an earthquake-resistant wall structure with a plurality of floors in a multi-story manner, which is excellent in earthquake-resistant performance and profitability and in which the degree of freedom of an architectural design is improved. SOLUTION: Horizontal slits 33 are formed among the mutual wall bodies of upper and lower floors in earthquake-resistant walls 30 in which frame columns 11 and wall bodies 31 are unified, and vertical slits 35 are formed towards the upper or lower sections of the wall bodies, continuing to the horizontal slits 33. The earthquake-resistant walls 30 are arranged in the continuous layer manner and the earthquake-resistant wall structure 3 is manufactured, and a rigid-framed structure 4 is joined with the lower floor of the earthquake-resistant wall structure 3. A ladder-shaped structural mechanical model is constituted of a frame composed of a virtual rigid frame axis obtained by connecting the rigid frame of the structure 3 and the rigid frame of the structure 4 in which the lines of the axes of members in the vertical direction passing through the centers of the member cross sections of the frame columns 11 and the lines of the axes of members in the horizontal direction passing through the centers of longitudinal length hr of the rigid joining sections of the wall bodies 30 are replaced with one linear element respectively.
