PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which rotates a fan on the downstream side in a flow direction of a coolant out of a plurality of fans for cooling a heat generating body in a PC server by utilizing the differential pressure obtained by driving the fan on the upstream side, to enhance cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: A PC server 1 has cooling fans 8a, 8b for leading a coolant from the exterior of a case 3 to the interior thereof; cooling fans 9a, 9b which are rotated by the differential pressure obtained by driving the cooling fans 8a, 8b disposed on the upstream side in a flow direction of a coolant, and are disposed on the downstream side in the flow direction; a control substrate 4 having an electronic part for calculating a voltage applied to the cooling fans 8a, 8b, and a voltage variable device 6 for applying a voltage to the cooling fans 8a, 8b. The cooling fans 8a, 8b are driven and controlled based on the number of revolution of the cooling fans 9a, 9b, and the cooling fans 9a, 9b are rotated by the differential pressure obtained by driving the cooling fans 8a, 8b.
