PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor with electrically double layers which allows for cutting the cost of manufacturing and making it in smaller size. SOLUTION: For the battery of nonaqueous electrolyte and the capacitor with electrically double layers, which comprise both active materials serving as a cathode and an anode, and an electrolyte, together with their container, the container is composed of a recessed vessel 101 and a sealing plate 102, and is combined with connecting terminals A 104 and B 104 into the united one body. The connecting terminals A 104 and B 104 are formed as follows; the first collector and the second one in the container are electrically connected to the connecting terminals A 104 and B 104, which are located at the bottom of the outside and/or at the side of the recessed container 101. |
