PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a XSR cable connector which has a good spurious radiation performance. SOLUTION: Since the outer conductor 2 of a cable is mounted between the outer periphery of a chuck 9 and inner side periphery of a housing 8 by passing through the outer cover 4 of a cable 1 and the rear end 9c of the chuck 9 and extending from the inner side to the outer side of the chuck, the outer conductor 2 of the cable is conducted to the inner periphery of the housing 8 by a plane contact rather than by a point, and so can bring the housing to the same electric potential in high frequency as the outer conductor and improve, compared with the conventional method, the spurious radiation of a higher order harmonics wave from the side of the housing.
