PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively rotatably drive an object having an electric motor provided therein. SOLUTION: A detector 2 covered with a protective cover 3 is disposed at one side of a motor 1. A foreign matter capturing means 10 made of at least one of an adhesive material, an oil absorber, a moisture absorber, a magnetic material or the like is internally provided in the cover 3. Thus, an adhesion of a foreign matter to the detector 2 is prevented. |
