SOLUTION: This electric brake control device is provided with a pattern control part 11, that mainly computes command patterns for controlling each component of the device 10 to output a torque current Iq, a current controlling part 14 that vector controls and computes voltages, currents, etc., to control currents that have to be outputted, a memory 12 that stores currents, chronological data on deceleration, etc., a current-generating circuit 13 that causes a drive torque generating device 16 to generate the torque current Iq, a current- measuring part 20 that measures currents, etc., to output them to the memory 12, a speed and acceleration measuring part 15 that measures revolutions V, accelerationα, and the like of an electric motor, and an adaptive identifying and computing part 19 that calculates a value Iq#offset for the torque current for stopping the vehicles and maintaining the stop state.
