PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it takes time for the decision processing of specified information at the time of judging specified information of an electronic watermark and controlling printing. SOLUTION: A histogram generation means generating a histogram based on an original picture, a judgment means deciding whether the original picture is a specified picture or not by using specified information and a printing means printing the original picture without decision by the decision means when the original picture is decided to be not the specified picture from the histogram are installed. Thus, printing is realized without deciding the specified picture from the histogram used for a picture correction processing and high speed printing is realized.
