摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform stable no-hit switching. SOLUTION: An active system information signal storage means 11 stores information signals. An active system multiframe synchronizing detection control means 12 detects multiframe synchronizing timing and when a main signal system is in the ordinary state, a synchronizing detecting multiframe pulse is outputted but in the case of line disconnection, the output is stopped. When the synchronizing detecting multiframe pulse is outputted, the write control of information signals is performed by an active system write control means 13 with the synchronizing detecting multiframe pulse as a write pulse but in the case of stop, the write control of information signals is performed on the basis of a write pulse generated by self-running control and write phase information is generated by recognizing the reference phase of multiframe synchronizing timing. A read control means 31 generates a read pulse from the write phase information and reads the information signals out of the active system information signal storage means 11 and a standby system information signal storage means 21 with the same phase.
