PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radianting structure which has a superior radiant heat effect and can efficiently radiate heat own a long term. SOLUTION: In a heat radianting structure of an electronic apparatus, as an elastic piece 8c risen from a first cover 8 is brought into elastic contact with a metal piece 10 fitted on a first pattern 3, a first pattern like the prior art is not shaved, but heat radianting effect to the elastic piece 8c is superior, and it is possible to efficiently radiate heat over a long term.
