PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an optical detector in a small size for detecting a light of stimulated emission from a stimulation type phosphor being irradiated with an exciting light. SOLUTION: An optical detector unit 22 for detecting photoelectrically converting a light of stimulated emission is formed on a glass substrate 21 which transmits the light of stimulated emission and has a wave selectivity for absorbing the exciting light.
