PURPOSE: A process of forming a wood pattern by peeling the bark of Maackia amurensis Ruprecht and then forming a wood pattern with a white outer skin and reddish brown inner skin of the Maackia amurensis Ruprecht is provided, thereby maximizing a decorative effect. Decorative furniture obtained by this process has an excellent natural aesthetic appearance of wood. CONSTITUTION: Maackia amurensis Ruprecht is cut to a specified size and length and the bark is removed therefrom. A wood pattern is formed with a white outer skin and reddish brown inner skin of the Maackia amurensis Ruprecht to express various shapes and colors and surface treated. By using the surface treated wood pattern, a decorative furniture item such as sofa, desk, chair or the like is made.
