PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning device for overcoming a problem that the omission of sensing and warning occurs in spite of spending a long period and a high cost for the installing work of the whole sensing and warning device in an inclined zone in the sensing and warning device of rolling rocks, falling rocks, landslide, etc., and that warning to inhabitants is delayed and the secondary disaster is caused because warning information of the sign of thee landslide, etc., at an invisible remote place where power is not pulled in is given by patrolling and viewing manually. SOLUTION: The sensing and warning device consists of a double container, a main body container 11 inside has inclinable structure and a level 6 is provided on the top of the container to facilitate vertical setting. By using an inclinable support holding plate 30 at a soft foundation, a support is installed in a short time even at a steep zone and the device is set accurately. A portable telephone set is fixed in the container 11 with an upside-down possible battery as a power source. When it is sensed and energized, the red lamp is flickered and a warning buzzer emits sound. At the same time, the button automatically pressing device of the portable telephone set also operates to be connected to a telephone line. Thus, warning information is given easily and inexpensively even at a remote plate.
