PICTURE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture processing method which converts a paper document to a high-definition digital picture to display it and improves interactivity. SOLUTION: A draw tool converts a pixel picture into a functional picture to generate a plotting object. An authoring tool generates an authoring file where the arrangement position of the plotting object and an action generated in accordance with the contents of a prescribed event generated in the plotting object are described. A viewer displays a picture corresponding to the plotting object on the basis of the generated authoring file and performs the action corresponding to contents of the prescribed event on the basis of the authoring file when the prescribed event occurs.
