SOLUTION: A differential amplifying circuit 76 for an overcurrent detecting circuit 7 operates by being supplied with a current from a power source VCC, when a transistor Q1 turns on with the operation switch of a switch circuit 6 on and outputs a high-level signal from an output part 73 to a drive circuit 4, when the potential of a detection part 74 connected to a current supply line 52 exceeds a reference voltage VREF generated by a reference voltage generating circuit 75. |
