PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit and a spot-light source unit, within which each portion is effectively cooled by favorably controlled air flow in each of driving portion and interior of the light source. SOLUTION: The spot-light source unit 1 is divided into a driving portion 2, including a lower housing 20 and a light source portion 3 which include an upper housing 30, and a housing division plate 32 that optically divides the driving portion 2 and light source portion 3 is installed at the side of an upper housing 30. Then for the driving portion 2, interior is air-cooled with an airflow from the first outer-air intake 71 to a exhaust 73, whereas for the light source portion 3, interior is air-cooled with an airflow from the second outer-air intake 72 to an opening 32a that is the first ventilation opening, a ventilating part 74 and the second ventilation opening. At this time, paths of airflow for air-cooling are controlled independently in the driving portion 2 and light source portion 3, respectively. |
