<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile terminal that communicates with a server unit and suppresses the increase of the number of keys. SOLUTION: When a start key 36 for instructing communication in the facsimile terminal 1 communicating with the server unit storing image information addressed to the facsimile terminal is operated, a communication control section 38 discriminates an inserting state of an original to a reader 21 in the operation and a state of a hook switch in the operation. When the original is not inserted and a hook-on state is reached, the communication control section 38 accesses the server unit to extract the image information addressed to the facsimile terminal stored in the server unit from the server unit. When the original is inserted and the hook-on state is reached, the communication control section 38 allows the image reader 21 to read the inserted original, accesses the server unit to transmit the image information being the read result of the original to the server unit with a destination number to designate a communication opposite party.</p> |
