PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve various types of performance such as power conversion efficiency as a power circuit outputting high DC voltage used for CRT anode voltage. SOLUTION: A booster wiring NHV is wound on the secondary of an isolation converter transformer PIT forming a switching power circuit, and alternating voltage VHV is inputted into a multiplying-rectifier circuit 2 to obtain the high DC voltage to be kept at a prescribed high voltage level. It is thus possible to provide a structure of obtaining high DC voltage, for example, necessary for the horizontal deflection of a TV receiving set without using a horizontal deflection circuit system.
