PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize mechanism at a low cost, which reduces collision noise, traveling sound, etc., of balance members in a case and damage due to the collision. SOLUTION: In a case 1 which is concentrically fixed to a support shaft 2 of a motor 51, the plurality of balance members 4 capable of moving in the radial direction and in the circumferential direction together with the rotation of the shaft 2 are arranged. When the rotating frequency becomes higher than or equal to the resonance frequency, automatic aligning is performed by moving the balancing members in such a manner that the center of gravity of the whole rotating body coincides with the center of rotation. In this automatic equalizer, a viscous member is formed on at least the surface of the balancing members 4 or the inner wall 3 of the case 1.
