PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output control device for internal combustion engine capable of early performing the discrimination of cylinder and being easily applied to a present internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A transistor 93 is connected to a transistor 85 through a wired OR, whereby a first cylinder #1 is ignited when a signal is outputted from an ignition directing circuit 92 to the first cylinder #1, or the OUT 1-side output signal of a host microcomputer 7 is ON. A transistor 96 is connected to a transistor 87 through a wired OR, whereby a fourth cylinder #4 is ignited when a signal is outputted from the ignition directing circuit 92 to the fourth cylinder #4, or the out 2-side output signal is ON. Although the ignition control can be performed only after the generation of TDC signal and G2 signal in the ignition directing circuit 92, the ignited cylinder can be early judged by use of NE-in signal and G-in signal in the host microcomputer 7.
